eBay Alert: Green European 1st Year Edition, GBP 0.99 + GBP 15.00, Auction Only

This is a RARE treat! I bought one of these a few years back, on eBay, for $9.99 + $13.00 s&h. I basically got it for a steal. The thing is, the seller described it as a "green" xbox and not what it actually is... JUST LIKE THIS SELLER DID. When I got my 1 Year, it had been opened. I thought "Damnit! it probably doesn't work." When I opened it up it had a mod chip inside. Of course it didn't work, because it was PAL. I swapped out the PSU with an NTSC and BAM! It worked like a dream. I'm willing to bet that this seller doesn't know what they have and someone like you and me can get this for CHEAP! Unfortunately, however, it seems that theyre only offering shipping to Europe and local pick-up's. Maybe if you contact the seller they'll bend a little. With 6 days and 4 hours left (as of this writing) it's sure to reach a high price. I dont know about you, but I will be watching this item like a hawk. Maybe I can get another one... who knows. eBay Alert: Halo LE Green, $10.49 + $13.54, Auction

Check this out... It's a Halo LE console for pretty cheap. If you were following the first eBay Alert that I posted about the Partners Edition, they're back with another rare console. Now the Halo console inst as rare as, say, a Panzer Dragoon Orta, but still. This console looks a little beat up, but upon further inspection of the images, it looks like it had a "skin" on it at one time. Personally I have 2 of these. My second one I got for a steal and it had a skin on it. A little patients and a lot of Goo-Gone later and it came out looking real crispy. If you notice, in the auction image, I did not blur the user name. I did that for a reason. This is the second listing that I have seen from these guys. They're worth putting in your favorite sellers list for sure. If you're like me, you probably already have one of these (or two, or three). I wouldn't hurt to pick up another! eBay ALERT: 04-12-2012 Launch Team Edition!!

As of 2:56 a.m. EST there is a Launch Team Edition on eBay. $255.00 with 7 bids. The seller is "SeattleGoodWill". SEE HERE!

The Seller, "SeattleGoodWill" is the online version of the actual Good Will thrift store. That tells me that someone actually donated this Launch Team Edition to them. WOW! One of the rarest xbox consoles ever made and it shows up on the doorstep of a thrift store. I use to live in Seattle in '00 - '01 and visited that thrift store weekly. Hell, I even dumpster dived them for warm clothes in the winter...

I have not looked through the sellers other items for sale but a quick look on their front page will tell you that they're a good store for retro gamers.

I am not promoting them in any way, shape or form... I'm only pointing out that a freaking Launch Team Edition mades it's happy ass to a thrift store and is being sold (at the time of this writing) for ridiculously cheap. Only if I hadn't bought that Mountain Dew Edition last week, I would be bidding on this xbox myself!
